At some point in their lives, every two of three people will be involved in a drunk driving accident, and every year, over 10,000 lives end in a drunk driving crash.
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) seeks to eliminate drunk driving and to address the ripple effects of driving impaired. Their annual Walk Like MADD event is coming up this Saturday, October 9th, at Joe Sampson Park in Rialto. Patricia Rillera, MADD California State Executive Director, discusses the purpose of this event and what to expect.
