After previously announcing that it would re-open "sometime in May," Knotts Berry Farm shared the news today that the theme park will reopen on Friday, May 21st for a summer-long, Knott’s 100th Anniversary Celebration!
Regular operations will resume with limited capacity and new reservation requirements. It'll reopen to season pass holders on May 6th and to the general public on May 21st.
Over the summer, guests can experience the brand new "Knott's Beary-y Tales: Return to the Fair," a 4-D interactive dark ride that pays tribute to the classic attraction from 35 years ago. In addition, Knott's Summer Nights return with live music, DJs, and food and drink specialties. There will also be a nightly ceremony with the redesigned, illuminated K-tower, new park décor, including special photo ops.
The anniversary celebration runs through September 6th, and capacity will be limited and available only to California residents with reservations required for both single-day visits and season pass holders. Tickets and reservations will be available starting April 26th.
