Sydney Sweeney is making her upcoming horror movie a family affair.
Appearing recently on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," Sweeney told the host she was able to get her grandmas roles for the March 22 release "Immaculate."
"I flew my grandmas out," Sweeney told the host. "They'd never been to Europe. My Grandy's dream was to go to Italy, she's never left the country before, so I surprised them, flew them there, and I let them be extras in the movie."
Sweeney produced and stars in "Immaculate," and said her grandmas play two "little old nuns" living in the same convent as her character Cecilia.
Fallon showed a photo Sweeney had sent which showed one of her grandmas in full movie nun habit, smoking a cigarette.
"This is my Grandy," she said. "She's iconic and she needed a smoke break in between takes, so we went outside and I had to capture how amazing she looked."
"Immaculate" arrives in theaters March 22.
