4 Simple At-Home Moves That Can Burn Fat and Build Muscle For Summer

Summer is just around the corner! Let’s be real, being strong, healthy and happy is awesome year-round, but for whatever reason(s), swimsuit season seems to motivate people. There's never a bad time for this full-body workout that needs zero equipment! (Unless of course you're hurt, in which case talk to a qualified medical professional)

Welcome to this week's #FridayFlow:

It is made up of the reverse lunge, the walk out, the push up, and the T-hold. If you need to break it down, those links may be helpful. Maintain control of your body. Slower is better; if anything you can be a little more explosive on the way up from the push up. The more you do, the more muscle you'll build and fat you'll burn! (Of course the real fat loss will take place because of your eating habits!)

These are all also exercises I like to incorporate into supersets at the gym, often with an exercise that involves some equipment for added weight. (Reverse Lunges + Rows for example)
