Don't Do Another Burpee Without Reading This First!

It's #WeightRoomWednesday and today we're going to talk about burpees. I know they don't actually involve weights, but they are done in weight rooms all across the country (usually poorly), so they're worth discussing here.

Actually I'm just going to share something the great Ben Bruno posted earlier. He knows his stuff and is an awesome trainer worth plugging into your IG feed. You may see him training anyone from Kate Upton to Klay Thompson.
