We all knew this day would come. I was curious how long it would take. After over a year and a half of Down With The Fitness bringing you awesome, effective, no-BS exercises that require ZERO equipment, I would like to introduce a simple way to do bear crawls with perfect form. The only thing is it requires a piece of equipment.
Luckily it's just a ball.
And really anything from a notebook to a box of tissue would work too. Actually those may be a little easier, and a better starting point. As usual, experiment for yourself!
