This week's #FridayFlow is really just an awesome combination move to strengthen your legs. You can add a ton of things to it, including just about everything I've covered in past posts (click the hashtag in the last sentence, which is also the first sentence), but this is surprisingly challenging as a standalone exercise. I wanted to give it it's own post so you give it your full focus and proceed with caution!
If it's too difficult, I'd recommend starting with glute bridges and squats, then lunges.
