Get Your Beach Muscles Ready For Summer, With No Equipment Needed!

Push Ups are one of the best exercises out there to hit your chest, shoulders, abs, and arms… AKA the “beach muscles”! Today’s #FridayFlow is one of the best ways to build all of those without wasting time, or beating up your joints!

I call them T&A Push Ups. You don’t need a gym, so you can fit them anywhere in your day!

This is a video from last year (here’s the original blog), but it’s one of my favorite exercises. Also it’s from back when I had access to a video editor that allowed me to put the great Ten Miles Wide on the intros. They’re playing the Tractor Tavern in Ballard tonight (5/31), and Airport Tavern in Tacoma tomorrow (6/1). I’ll be at both and this blog is basically a roundabout plug for those.
