It's #MobilityMonday and today we're talking posture! We've all heard of it. I regularly hear people say "I have bad posture" and then do nothing about it, so I wanted to show you what to do about it. It's 6 simple checkpoints. By practicing them a few times you will get a feel for it and soon be able to run through them in 6 seconds or less. Then you just remember to do it throughout the day as much as you can and you're ready to rock!
This is one of the first things I show all my clients and they all feel an immediate improvement in various areas (depending on the person). It also helps your appearance. You'll look taller, with broader shoulders, and have less of what looks like a beer gut- which is really just your low-back sticking out, which also puts a lot of pressure on your low-back, which most people don't think feels good anyway. Win-win!
