This week's #FridayFlow is one I'll be doing with limited time, limited space, and zero equipment whenever I'm not busy running around NYC next week. If it can be done in an affordable hotel room in that expensive-ass city, it can be done anywhere!


Nothing overly-flashy here, just simple and effective. Try it out for yourself, then feel free to modify it however you want. Just put on some Hatebreed or Pantera and get moving!
