Your neck is pretty important, connecting your brain to the rest of your body and stuff.

If you sit in front of a computer for any amount of time, you’ll probably notice your neck just gravitates towards the screen. It does it while you’re on your phone too, huh? By the time you get in the car, your neck is just used to that position and you find yourself closer to the steering wheel than the headrest.

Or, you just went to see Woodshed this weekend and headbanged a bunch. Whatever the case, show your neck some love for #MobilityMonday

They may be easy to do, but it’s also easy to underestimate their importance and dismiss them because they’re easy to do.
