It's #WeightRoomWednesday and if you go to the gym, you should probably be doing (more) rows. If you're doing rows, you should do them right. That is, in a way that lights up your back muscles while sparing your shoulder joint from unneccesarry stress and discomfort. This video was made to help you do just that:
Rows should take priority over push-ups, bench press, pull ups, or lat pull-downs. Put simply, they are the most important upper body strength lift. Whether you're trying to look jacked through your wedding day tux, drop 60+ pounds, or improve your posture after 83 years on this planet (real-life examples of my awesome clients), rows are your friends.
