Tight Hips? Tight Low Back? One simple drill can help BOTH! (Part 2)

It's #MobilityMonday and today we're gonna target a muscle that pulls on your hips AND low-back (it connects them). When this muscle gets tight it can cause pain or discomfort in one or both of those spots. This muscle commonly gets tight from sitting a bunch, which a ton of people do in 2019. This means this drill can potentially help a ton of people. This is Part 2, but I included a summary of Part 1 in today's video. The muscle is called the psoas (pronounced so-as), if you care.


Last week I used this space to emphasize the importance of keeping your neck long, but I caught myself while filming this time. Major props if you noticed. Hope it helps either way!
