Everyone can benefit from something in here.

If your body is feeling a little rough or beat up, these seven simple moves will likely address one or more problem areas.

If your body functions awesomely, you probably stay active; these moves will make a great warm-up in the gym, or for whatever activity you do to stay fit.

I do them daily, and use them all with people in their 80’s, so there’s WIDE application, and benefit:
