Back on October 20th Guns N Roses bassist and Northwest native Duff McKagan released his third solo album titled "Lighthouse" - a 40min+ rock in roll adventure through soul-searching emotions and stories with a little help from his friends on certain tracks like Jerry Cantrell (Alice in Chains), Iggy Pop and even Slash!

For this event, Easy Street Records ran a promotional deal that if you bought Duff's new album in vinyl or CD version you would get a spot to be inside the store for a concert, signing and meet and greet. Well the response was epic! They sold hundreds and hundreds of copies and the line for the signing with Duff (that also included legendary Grunge photographer Charles Peterson) went from upstairs through the store, out the door and down the block!
Before the signing was one heck of a show with Duff's local all-star band roundup featuring Ryan Waters - Guitar, Mike Squires - Bass, Ryan Burns - Keyboards, Mike Musburger - Drums and Tim DiJulio - Guitar. Running through a 40min set that included 9 solo album cuts like "Longfeather" "Tenderness" "Chip Away" etc.
One great moment during the near 2.5hr signing was a fan that came all the way from Mexico for this event for her to meet her hero Duff McKagan. It was so overwhelming for her she broke down when Duff signed her "Lighthouse" album and "It's So Easy" book. Beautiful moment showing the power of music and fans. Something Duff has the magic to do and one of the few mega rock stars that is one with his fans! This event proved who the King of Seattle is with the fans! Long live Duff and Easy Street Records!
