Longtime Seattle musician and Loud & Local favorite Glenn Cannon fired up a new project, but it wasn't long after that we watched nearly everything around us shut down.
Glenn Cannon & The Damage Done refused to let the pandemic steal their momentum, although it tried to PLENTY of times. From canceled shows to rescheduled shows... even re-rescheduled shows... but all the while they never lost their creative spirit, and instead kept working on new music and making the Seattle scene proud. Now, we're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
On Friday, March 4th at 9PM PST, the band will unveil a new single entitled "Strange Days", the first of several singles planned for release every 8 weeks until the a full EP drops in conjunction with the sixth. On the other side of the new album, expect a west coast and regional tour coming to a local venue near you!
BUT, you don't have to wait until the big tour to see these guys in action. First up, they're playing a show at The High Dive in Seattle on Saturday, March 12th with Palooka and Upwell, and tickets are on sale now.
And great news for those attending The Roast of Steve Migs - Glenn Cannon & The Damage Done are the house band for the evening's festivities! Space is limited, so make sure you've got those tickets.
Thanks for supporting local music, Rockaholics! Give Glenn Cannon & The Damage Done a follow on Facebook and Instagram!
AND, tell your smart speaker to "play KISW" to hear "Strange Days" kick off Loud & Local this Sunday at 8pm.
Happy Rocking,
