Ayo 12s!
Thee Ted Smith and I were talking Seahawks in the office before the show today and he said something out loud that I myself had wondered "What if the Seahawks just pass on the Quarterbacks in the draft this year?". Little back story, the Seahawks currently have the #9 pick in the draft this year, and a lot of mock drafts have us picking up the quarterback out of Liberty, Malik Willis.

The kid looks good, no doubt, but the question remains: is he a top 10 pick quarterback? I know what I don't know, and how he's going to perform in the big show is something I don't know. But we do have a possible issue at quarterback. Geno has proven himself to be of a caliber that isn't what we need. Drew Lock doesn't have much of a resume to be proud of, and Liberty isn't exactly a major football college. So.....are they planning on scrapping this year too? Do the Seahawks pass on this class of QBs, draft an O-line or defense and wait until next year to grab our franchise hopeful in a quarterback?

So, there we are. Just thinking out loud and speculating. Nevertheless, I'm stoked for what this new team is going to look like. Draft is on the 28th and I'll be there to keep y'all updated! With that...Mike Hawk is OUT!
