Recently I saw this trending and popping up everywhere and I had no idea this was a thing!
Music the helps ADHD burnout.
Apparently, listening to music at 154 bpms helps those with ADHD, like myself, recover from ADHD burnout. I don't know if this is legit scientifically but I tired it and I have to admit, it helped!
I had been listening to a bunch of slow podcasts and found myself going into what I call "sloth mode" where everything takes me 2-3 times longer than it should plus with zero motivation. I had no idea how much more energized and on track I am when I made the switch.
The Tiktoker above, @rachleahx, also talks about a playlist she made of a bunch of songs at 154bpms in different genres.
