The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival will welcome in-person visits to its stunning rows of colorful flowers this spring.
It's important to note what will be different this year to keep spectators safe, like extended hours and limited numbers of visitors at one time while following all state and county COVID-19 guidelines. You'll be asked to ask up, social distance and buy your tickets online in advance.
