[WATCH] The Seahawks' New Multitool

Mike Hawk's Fired Up

Hola 12s!
A deal was struck in the offseason that made way too many people ask "who is that?". That deal, was for a not-so-sleeper Tight End Gerald Everett from the LA Rams. In case you didn't know, Everett has been breaking through our ranks, amongst others, for some time now, and now is the time that he's playing on the right side of the field.

We here in Seattle have been looking for a Tight End that not only works in the grand scheme of the game, but specifically the Seahawks scheme, which has been lacking in the Tight End category, despite having talent like Greg Olsen and Jimmy Graham. But why Gerald Everett? Surely there were better Tight Ends that we could've been looking at! Fear not! Our friends on the Seahawks staff have given us a breakdown of just what makes this man the multitool we've been looking to capitalize with.

I realize I'm a little biased because of my love for the Tight End position, but when it comes to not only holes in our offense, but what continues to defeat our defense, it's a dynamic Tight End, and with the addition of a part of the Rams coaching staff, we can have a better idea of how to fit him into the Seahawks grand scheme. We're officially 33 days away from that first taste of Seahawks football my friends! Down to the wire! With that...Mike Hawk is OUT!
