A War In The Sky is a Seattle based band formed in the summer of 2010 as a collaboration between guitarists KC and Chris, who wanted to write some more melodic/hardcore punk rock music. They recruited Jared on drums and eventually Casey on bass. With a full lineup they got to playing shows and writing full albums up and down the Bellingham-Seattle stretch. They recorded a demo ep called, "Complications" in 2012 and a follow-up full length called "Epic Bailouts" in 2014. After a brief hiatus due to work, they got back at it again and started writing even more material. Once the pandemic hit, they spent a long time honing in that writing process and perfecting their sound to release "Night Of The Grizzly" in 2020. Night Of The Grizzly is their first official debut release and features the band's finest songwriting to date. They are currently working on very exciting new material and even a re-recording of Epic Bailouts, with the recording process well honed in. All albums are recorded by A War In The Sky.
