You might recall a "South Park" episode from 2003 called "Casa Bonita" where Kyle planned to throw his birthday party at a massive Mexican restaurant in Colorado.

Well, Casa Bonita is a very real place and was a beloved spot for show creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone when they were kids. This past spring the restaurant filed for bankruptcy and now the two hop to buy it.

“We are absolutely trying to buy it. We are going to do everything we can. We want to make it right and make it amazing.” Parker told The Hollywood Reporter.

The Lakewood, Colorado restaurant is home to arcades, waterfalls with cliff divers, Black Bart's Cave, and other features you saw on the show.

A current potential sale is in limbo and the restaurant might be about to reopen, but Parker & Stone do sincerely hope that things will work out to where they become the new owners.
