The man spent over $15,000 to create a lifelike costume of a Border Collie because his lifelong dream has been to become a dog.

According to the New York Post, Toko-San decided on a collie costume because its long hair can “mislead the human figure,” and that it happens to be his favorite breed of dog.

The costume was created by Zeppet, a company that makes costumes for TV commercials and films, with the final product taking over 40 days and multiple revisions to complete.
