Anyone just peruse real estate websites just for fun?  Explore houses all over the world imagining what it would be like to live there and what you would possibly do with the house?

It gets to a point where you start feeling frustrated and depressed that some of the houses are so completely out of reach, right?

"Zillow Gone Wild" is an excellent source for some of those types of homes, and houses in North Texas appear to be a frequent contributor to its Instagram and Twitter.

Case in point, a $20 million mansion in Southlake has gone viral after appearing on Zillow Gone Wild, and with good reason.  In fact, Zillow Gone Wild describes the home as "the most Southlake, TX home we've ever seen."

Described as "transitional Mediterranean," the house has 31,000 square-feet, and includes seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, two separate guest suites, a yoga room, an exercise gym, a wine room, an extra prep kitchen, and nine heated garages.  NINE!

The home also has a bowling alley, a kids' media room, a movie room, an elevator, and a batting cage.

Breah Brown, the Dallas real estate agent selling the mansion, tells the Dallas Morning News "This house is grand, but the layout actually makes it really usable.  It's a beautiful home."

The house also has an enormous turfed yard, with the artificial turf coming from the 2017 Super Bowl at Houston's NRG Stadium.  That year, Tom Brady and the New England Patriots beat the Atlanta Falcons in an incredible comeback 34-28.

"It still had confetti all over when it was installed," said Brown.
