The song's official YouTube clip -- directed and animated by Johnny Chew --features nostalgic glimpses of winter scenes and families celebrating together, while lyrics such as "everybody wants to make it home this year, even if the world is crumbling down" perfectly encapsulate the mood of this, and for many every year around the holidays.
Just last month, drummer Josh Dun and The Chainsmokers' touring member Matt McGuire teamed up for a highly-entertaining drum mashup featuring Foo FIghters, Paramore, and Linkin Park tracks among others.
Singer Tyler was also hanging out on Twitch yesterday, December 8, playing Fortnite while supporting charity. The event also saw the revelation of special emotes based off of the band's TRENCH mascot, "Ned" from their video for "Chlorine."
