Halloween Time at the Disneyland® Resort!

For the Halloween Time at the Disneyland® Resort KMLEgories on-air contest, listen to the station each weekday at approximately 8:30am (PT) starting on Monday, July 20, 2026 and ending on Friday, July 24, 2026 for the cue to call. At the time of the cue to call, callers number eight (8) and nine (9) at 602-894-5653 (each, a “Contestant”) will be selected to compete in the game “KMLEgories” for the chance of one (1) of the Contestants to win a prize. The on-air announcer will begin the game by announcing a “KMLEgory”, a specific determined category made up of similar items, people, things, or words that may also include certain unique qualifying factors (e.g. “Types of sandwiches beginning with the letter K”; “State names that contain the letter O”; “Names of musicals that are one word”; “Movies in which Brad Pitt has appeared”, etc”). After the “KMLEgory” has been announced, each Contestant, starting with the caller number 8 Contestant, will get the chance in back and forth turns to give an answer within three (3) seconds of an item, person, thing, or word that fits within the announced “KMLEgory”. If a Contestant cannot give an answer within three (3) seconds or the Station determines a Contestant’s answer does not fit the KMLEgory and is incorrect, that Contestant will be immediately disqualified and the remaining Contestant, subject to verification of eligibility (a, “Winner”), will receive four (4) 2-Day, 1-Park per Day Tickets to the Disneyland® Resort (must be used by 9/15/27), valued at $1,340 and courtesy of Disney Destinations LLC!. The station will be the official timekeeper and sole determining judge as to whether a Contestant has given a correct answer that fits within the announced “KMLEgory”. This judgement cannot be appealed. There will be up to FIVE (5) Winners in this contest. Disqualified Contestants are not entitled to any prize in this Contest. Any verified Winner must complete and submit all required station paperwork within thirty (30) days of station sending them a Winner verification email. Failure to complete and submit required station paperwork within such deadline will be deemed as the Winner’s forfeiture of prize. Completed required paperwork submitted by a Winner outside of station business hours of Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00am - 5:30pm (MT), will be considered officially received the following business day. For prizes involving an event, Winners must submit completed required paperwork to station within twenty-four (24) business hours of the event date in order for prize to be distributed prior to the start of the event. Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal/permanent resident of the state of Arizona during the duration of this contest. If winner does not complete all necessary information needed for fulfillment, the prize will be forfeited after 30 days from receiving the verification email. All winner fulfillment paperwork must be completed during business hours; Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00am - 5:30pm (PT) and/or 24 hours prior to event date in order for prize to be distributed.

Black-out dates may apply. No extensions will be granted. Travel is NOT included in the prize for this contest. Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for the winner and each guest. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting. Park reservations are limited, subject to availability, and not guaranteed. Park reservations do not guarantee park admission or access to any experience, attraction, or offering. Winner and guests should visit Disneyland.com/updates to make park reservations and to learn about important details to know before visiting the Disneyland Resort. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings are subject to change or cancellation, and may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or be closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel any reservations or admission media.

Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual cost of the Prize will not be awarded. Prize must be used prior to September 15, 2027. No extensions will be granted. Prize Winner must be at least 18 years of age or older to enter and win. A minor guest must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority and both will be deemed guests of the Prize Winner (unless the Prize Winner is the guest’s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by Prize Winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney. Prize and its components may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Disney’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize does not include the following: insurance (health, travel, medical); parking fees (unless stated otherwise); room service, laundry service, spa treatments; food or beverages; merchandise, souvenirs; incidental expenses; local or long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges; or any taxes; or any other charges not explicitly included herein. All elements of the Prize must be used by the Prize Winner and guests on the same dates during the redemption. Any portion of the Prize not accepted or used by Prize Winner will be forfeited. Entertainment and other elements may be seasonal and subject to change without notice. A Prize Winner may not charge any guest for participating in the Prize. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Station or Disney. The Prize Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Prize that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Prize will be forfeited. If the Prize Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the Prize Winner. The Prize Winner and his/her guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity/COVID-19 release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Prize Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their guests, related to any use or misuse of the prize or any prize-related activity or travel. State requirements are subject to change. Federal, state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the Prize Winner and Station will issue all tax forms including a 1099 form to the Prize Winner.

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST.

The winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
