The talk show host has tested positive with a breakthrough case of COVID-19, her show announced Wednesday.

Her self-titled show announced her diagnosis on their Instagram account — forcing a delay to its Season 13 premiere.

"To allow Wendy time to quarantine and fully recover and to ensure that our production abides by all SAG/AFTRA and DGA Covid protocols, we expect to begin the 13th season of 'The Wendy Williams Show' on Monday, October 4th," the statement continued. "In the meantime, repeats will be scheduled."

People reports the New Jersey native, who tapes her syndicated talk show in New York City, announced last week she was canceling her upcoming public appearances due to "ongoing health issues."

Williams has gone public with her health issues before, opening up about her past struggle with addiction and recovery.
