EAST ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Charges have been filed in the shooting death of an 18-year-old Alorton man in East St. Louis. Catrell Dent, 17, of East St. Louis, is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Prosecutors say Dent and the victim, Lundy Blue, got into an argument -- Lundy was shot as he exited the train at 5th and Missouri. Police are still investigating how Blue and Dent knew each other -- or if they knew each other. Dent is in juvenile custody until his 18th birthday, unless he posts a $1 million bond.
