TROY, Mo. (KMOX) — A Hazelwood man is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl and giving her an STD that he knew about.
Court documents say 22-year-old Marlon Luckett met the girl in June of last year through a social media site.
Officers couldn't locate him until last Wednesday, when he went to St. Charles Police to report his cell phone was stolen. He was taken into custody on the spot.
Court documents also say that not only did Luckett know the teen was underage, he claimed he was being treated for the STD, which was diagnosed four years ago.
He's currently in Lincoln County Jail on $40,000 bond. He's officially charged with second-degree statutory rape and second-degree statutory sodomy.
