Musgraves has been charged in Madison County with four counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 500 feet of a park. His home is directly across the street from Salu Park.
More drug charges are anticipated based on evidence found during his arrest. He's being held on $250 million bond.
Musgraves' home came to police attention after they received numerous complaints from neighbors about suspected drug activity there.
