ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A grounds crew member at Normandie Golf Club has died following an accident near a creek.
Police tell KMOX the worker was on a tractor when it overturned and landed in the creek, trapping the worker. The exact cause of death is not known yet.
An investigation is underway.
