LOUIS (KMOX) — The St. Charles man killed in a crash near the Poplar Street Bridge early Thursday morning has been identified — and his family is asking for help.George West leaves behind his wife Danielle, who's expecting their second child in September, and a 12-year-old daughter.West was heading onto the westbound Poplar Street Bridge from northbound Route 3 on the Illinois side when he lost control and hit the concrete median.
