ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — The St. Louis Police officer accused of killing another officer during a game of Russian Roulette has been indicted.
A St. Louis grand jury has charged Nathaniel Hendren with involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action.
Prosecutors say that in Hendren's apartment, on January 24, Hendren and Katlyn Alix took turns pointing a gun loaded with one bullet at each other and pulling the trigger. Alix was shot in the chest.
Hendren is on house arrest on a $100,000 bond.
