ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOX) — Charges have been filed against the two suspects accused of shooting a man in a road-rage incident Monday in South County.
Two brothers, 27-year-old Nicholas and 24-year-old Joseph Marino allegedly shot the victim after he pulled over to get their license plate number and confront the driver, near the 6200 block of South Lindbergh Boulevard.
St. Louis County Police say both brothers pointed guns at the victim, but that Nicholas Marino shot him three times and admitted it. The victim had his four children in the car, ranging in age from 3 to 11, who were not injured.
Nicholas Marino is charged with assault and armed criminal action. Joseph is charged with unlawful use of a weapon.
Police recovered two firearms from the suspects.
