ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Three people were taken to the hospital with varying degrees of injuries after hanging out of the sunroof of an SUV that was driving in parking garage in downtown St. Louis. They were hurt either by hitting one of the garage's beams or from falling out of vehicle.

The incident occurred on Saturday night, reports the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and police say no arrests have been made after the driver of the SUV fled the scene.

Police responded to a call at 1000 Spruce Street, just a few blocks from Busch Stadium around 11 p.m.

The PD reports, a 14-year-old girl was in critical condition, a 23-year-old man was listed in critical and unstable condition and a 26-year-old man was in stable condition after all three were taken to a hospital.

The driver who fled the scene is reportedly an 18-year-old woman.

As of Sunday afternoon, no arrests had been made.

The incident comes as St. Louis has taken measures to curb nightly drag racing, cruising and violence in downtown. Authorities have narrowed lanes of busy roads and intersections, closed the Eads Bridge and boosted police patrols.
