Arrest made for shooting at St. Louis club that left 1 dead, 5 injured

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A St. Louis County man has been arrested and charged in a north St. Louis shooting that killed one man and injured five others.

30-year-old David Boxley faces one count each of first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon.

Police say Boxley opened fire outside Bad Habits – a club on North Grand just south of Natural Bridge -- just before 3 a.m. on June 13.

Willie Jackson III, 36, of St. Louis died at the scene and five others were transported to the hospital in conditions ranging from critical/unstable, serious and stable.
