ST. LOUIS (KMOX) -- Funeral services were held this weekend for one of the children killed this summer in St. Louis.
7-year-old Xavier Usanga was shot and killed August 12th while playing in his backyard in the 3500 block of North 14th.

Federal authorities say a St. Louis man in federal custody on unrelated charges has admitted killing Xavier.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner says police did not have enough evidence to file charges.
