ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Thinking about moving into the new One Cardinal Way apartment complex? Starting next week prospective renters will be able to go inside for the first time.

The St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Companies announced they will begin to offer hard hat tours for interested renters starting May 26.

The tour will include a look inside a model unit located on the building’s 8th-floor amenity level. That level also includes the amenities deck, which is one of the prize features of the coming 29-story luxury apartment tower in downtown St. Louis.

The deck will have an infinity pool that appears fall right into the ballpark across Clark Street and includes an indoor-outdoor bar, BBQ grills, cabanas and a fireplace.

The apartment features a gourmet kitchen with high gloss, European-style cabinetry with soft close features, tile backsplash, high-end stainless-steel appliances and Caesarstone countertops.  The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a first glimpse of the panoramic views of Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, Mississippi River and St. Louis skyline.

Hard hat tours will be available seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. by appointment only. You can reserve a tour at OneCardinalWay.com.
