ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Thinking about moving into the new One Cardinal Way apartment complex? Starting next week prospective renters will be able to go inside for the first time.
The St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Companies announced they will begin to offer hard hat tours for interested renters starting May 26.
The tour will include a look inside a model unit located on the building’s 8th-floor amenity level. That level also includes the amenities deck, which is one of the prize features of the coming 29-story luxury apartment tower in downtown St. Louis.
The deck will have an infinity pool that appears fall right into the ballpark across Clark Street and includes an indoor-outdoor bar, BBQ grills, cabanas and a fireplace.
The apartment features a gourmet kitchen with high gloss, European-style cabinetry with soft close features, tile backsplash, high-end stainless-steel appliances and Caesarstone countertops. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a first glimpse of the panoramic views of Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, Mississippi River and St. Louis skyline.
The $260 million expansion of Ballpark Village is near completion, adding 700,000 square feet of new dining, entertainment, hotel, residential, retail and lifestyle amenities. Once complete this summer, Ballpark Village’s second phase will complete a full build-out of Clark Street, transforming it into one of the most unique city streets in all of major league sports and a vibrant 24/7 neighborhood for downtown St. Louis. The expansion includes the 29-story One Cardinal Way apartment tower, the 11-story PwC Pennant Office Building, the 216-key Live! by Loews St. Louis hotel, a spectacular three-story glass retail pavilion anchored by Onelife Fitness and Sports & Social St. Louis, and 75,000 square feet of new ground floor retail space including Salt + Smoke, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, Scott Credit Union and Baseballism.
