CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOX) - Rapper Lil Wayne has cancelled his St. Louis show planned for Saturday night, after an early-morning incident at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Clayton.
Lil Wayne tweeted that he was, "just kicked out of the Ritz and 12 got involved, so I gotta slide." He says , "Y'all (mess) with me out here. Dem Slime. It's all luv tho."

September 14, 2019 Clayton Police say after getting complaints about marijuana odor coming from his room, they asked him to open the balcony door.
Instead, Lil Wayne and some members of his entourage went to the lobby, where one of his crew went behind the counter and stared down a clerk.
After police de-escalated the situation, the performer and his crew got on their bus and left.
