FERGUSON (KMOX/AP) -- The man suspected of shooting an off-duty police officer at a Walmart in Ferguson is now in custody.Just before 12:30 Tuesday afternoon, police spotted a vehicle that looked like the getaway car seen in Sunday night's shooting at Walmart -- it was on Canfield Drive in Ferguson.

When police tried to stop the suspect at Airport Road and North Florissant, he allegedly sped off, and a pursuit started. The 20-year old suspect stopped the car on a parking lot in the 8900 block of Jennings Station Rd. and ran. He was arrested a short time later without incident.
