Police: Columbia, Il. man made child porn, planned to distribute.

Columbia, Il (KMOX)-A Columbia, Illinois man is charged with videotaping and producing child pornography with plans to distribute the material.  The Monroe County State's Attorney's office says Douglas "Brad: Hicks is charged with four counts of predatory criminal sexual assault, four counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of possession with intent to distribute child pornography. He's being held on $1 million bond. Police say the case is ongoing and more charges could be added.  Columbia police are asking parents with children who may have come in contact with Hicks to call their detective division at 618-281-5151.
