ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The Topgolf Entertainment Group is "interested" in bringing a second location of its high-tech driving ranges to the St. Louis area.
In a message to KMOX, Topgolf said, "We are interested and (sic) bringing Topgolf to more of the St. Louis area and when we have more information to share, we will be in touch." The comment comes after St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson tweeted about "breaking Topgolf news" on Thursday afternoon.

November 21, 2019 The mayor's office spokesperson told KMOX, "Mayor Krewson believes this could be a great, exciting addition to the City. However, we are not in a position to comment further or provide additional information."
The first Topgolf location in St. Louis opened in July 2018 in Chesterfield and it has been common to see the facility with a jam-packed parking lot during business hours.
There are currently 65 Topgolf locations in the U.S., and large cities with multiple locations include Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Miami and Washington D.C. Some cities with only one location include Nashville, Kansas City, Charlotte, Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Las Vegas.
