(KMOX)- Maker of menstrual products Always is removing the female symbol off of its packaging to "ensure we are meeting the needs of everyone who uses our products,” the company’s statement said.
Purchasing menstrual products can be triggering for many transgender or non-binary individuals which is why many advocates believe the removal of the symbol may relieve some of the dysphorias felt by transgender and non-binary people during menstruation.
Which is great because we should stop gendering products. Also trans men and some intersex men also experience menstruation.
