ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The rides at Six Flags St. Louis will start rolling again and the park will reopen on June 22. It will only be open to members and season pass holders through June 25, then will reopen for all guests, according to a press release.

The park will require all guests to make reservations for a specific day and time of arrival so Six Flags can allow for proper social distancing. All guests and employees will be required to wear mask for the durations of their time inside the park, however masks will not be required on water rides.

Guests will be separated by empty rows and/or seats on all roller coasters, rides, and attractions.

All employees and guest will also have their temperature taken before entering the park. There will be a contactless IR thermal imaging system for all guests.

The opening date for Six Flags Hurricane Harbor will be announced at a later time.

Six Flags plans to gradually increase attendance levels over the next month, with procedures being adjusted on an as-needed basis. The park is implementing new safety measures and hygiene protocols, including several new advanced technology systems to protect guests and employees.
