MINNEAPOLIS (KMOX) — Did you enjoy the 2017 Winter Classic in St. Louis? You can watch the Blues in the next Winter Classic...if you're willing to travel to Minneapolis.
The Minnesota Wild and the NHL announced the St. Louis Blues will be the visiting team in the 2021 NHL Winter Classic. It will be held January 1, 2021 at Target Field, the home of the Minnesota Twins.

February 24, 2020 Target Field opened 2010 and seats 39,504 during baseball games. Seating for the Winter Classic will likely exceed that.
There will be an allotment of tickets available for Blues fans. The number and availability will be announced at a later date.

February 24, 2020 The game will be the Blues' second regular-season NHL outdoor game, with their previous such matchup coming in the 2017 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic®, a 4-1 victory over the Blackhawks at Busch Stadium in St. Louis on Jan. 2, 2017.
