ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — The Board of Freeholders is almost, but not quite, complete.
The Board of Freeholders is the body in which the state constitution gives the power to redo St. Louis regional government. It can only be convened by petition, and now that the signatures are certified, people are being appointed to it.

Mayor Lyda Krewson's picks include the Rev. Earl Nance Jr. and attorney Jerry Schilchter.
The last pick is up to Gov. Mike Parson.
