ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department officer is accused of pulling his gun on a man who was involved with the repossession of the officer's personal car.
Officer Christopher Franklin was charged Tuesday with one count of unlawful use of a weapon.
Police say Franklin pointed his gun at the man who coordinated the towing of the officer's car on April 4. Franklin was not in uniform during the incident.
