FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOX) - U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is heading to the St. Louis area.
She'll be appearing with Congressman Lacy Clay (D-Mo.) in Ferguson on Monday to push for passage of HR-1, which aims to limit the influence of money in politics and expand voting rights. Pelosi also is pushing for HR-4 which would reinstate a section of the Voting Rights Act.
The two will be at the Urban League Empowerment Center on West Florissant at 1:45 Monday afternoon.
