POLICE: $200,000 Ferrari recovered after stolen from Sunset Hills home Tuesday

SUNSET HILLS, Mo. (KMOX) —The 2007 Black Ferrari 430 Spider that was stolen on Tuesday has been recovered, police say.

No further information is being released for investigative reasons, according to authorities.

The Sunset Hills Police Department sent an alert to its social media followers about the car that was stolen from a home, Tuesday. 

They say it was taken overnight from the 11000 block of Chateau Chura and has unique "yellow calipers on the wheels and the yellow Ferrari stickers on the front quarter panels."

The current value of that make and model sports car is more than $200,000, according to Automobile Catalog. They come standard with a 4.3L V-8 Engine, 8,500 rpm horsepower and can go from 0 to 60 mph in less than four seconds.
