ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — You don't have to suffer alone.

That's the message Kellen Wolters with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention of Eastern Missouri offers on the one year anniversary of Anthony Bourdain's suicide.

She spoke to Total Information A.M. about Bourdain's passing and the impact it has had in raising awareness on mental health.

Meantime, Sugarfire is donating half of its sales today to the National Alliance of Mental Illness in honor of Bourdain, along with featuring two special menu items.

If you suffer from mental illness and ever need someone to talk to, call the National Suicide Prevention hotline at 800-273-TALK (8255) or text 741741.
